all clients are required to have a card on file before booking an appointment.

please cancel 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charge a cancellation FEE (50% of service)

you will be charged FULL-SERVICE amount, if you no show your appointment or cancel last minute

i do allow a 15 minute grace period for being late, anything longer you will be charged a late fee
